Event Details

This event will run on L'OREAL's dedicated website https://campaigns.pradabeauty.com.hk/servicebooking/ in the period between 1st Sep and 31st Oct 2024. Any activities submitted beyond the event period are deemed invalid.
Participants must have reached 18 years of age.
Individuals who have submitted the required personal information (including name in English as shown on the ID card, telephone number, and email address) on the dedicated website are eligible to participate in the event.
The event registration is conducted online only with no alternatives (phone/email registration is not accepted).
Each participant is eligible to participate in this event once. All registration information received in relation to this event and time of receipt are based on the records held by the server.
All samples and gifts are available for redemption in limited quantities on a first come, first served basis. All redeemed samples cannot be exchanged or refunded.
L'OREAL reserves the right to substitute any gift without notice.
L'OREAL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. In case of any dispute, L'OREAL reserves the right of final decision.

Other Important Terms

Each participant shall ensure that all information provided is true. In case of any dispute, the decision of L'OREAL shall be final.
In the case of any default or illegal conduct committed by any participant/winner, the participant/winner concerned shall be liable for any loss sustained by L'OREAL or any third party arising therefrom.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
The Organiser, promotion partners or any related individuals or parties of this event do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage (indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury or death arising out of the participation of this event or receipt of any prize.
In the case where the system security or the impartiality, integrity and proper processing of this event is undermined or affected due to reasons including but not limited to computer viruses, worms or Trojan horses, server being hacked or tempered, unauthorised interferences, frauds, technical breakdowns or any other factors beyond the Organiser's control, L'OREAL has the right to forfeit the eligibility of the participant(s) concerned without prior notice.
