Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into between you and L’OREAL HONG KONG LIMITED (hereinafter ‘L’OREAL’).

Please read these agreement terms carefully before you participate in this event.

Participants of this event are bound by the below terms and conditions (‘Terms & Conditions’) which constitute a legally binding agreement (‘Agreement’) with L’OREAL.

You shall read and accept all Terms & Conditions. By participating in this event, you signify that you have read and agreed to be bound by and comply with all Terms & Conditions.


Terms & Conditions of the Event:

  1. This event is organised by L’OREAL.

Event Details

  1. This event will run on L’OREAL’s dedicated website https://campaigns.pradabeauty.com.hk/launch/ in the period between 10th April and 1st May 2024. Any activities submitted beyond the event period are deemed invalid.
  2. Participants must have reached 18 years of age.
  3. Individuals who have submitted the required personal information (including name in English as shown on the ID card, telephone number, and email address) on the dedicated website are eligible to participate in the event.
  4. The event registration is conducted online only with no alternatives (phone/email registration is not accepted).
  5. Each participant is eligible to participate in this event once. All registration information received in relation to this event and time of receipt are based on the records held by the server.
  6. All samples and gifts are available for redemption in limited quantities on a first come, first served basis. All redeemed samples cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  7. L’OREAL reserves the right to substitute any gift without notice.
  8. L’OREAL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. In case of any dispute, L’OREAL reserves the right of final decision.

The Collection of Personal Data

  1. By participating in this event, you accept and consent to L’OREAL HONG KONG LIMITED’s collection and use of your personal data (including your title, name in full, telephone number and email address) provided to the Organiser on the website in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement as set out in https://www.prada-beauty.com/account/privacy-policy.html and https://www.prada-beauty.com/account/privacy-policy.html respectively. [L’OREAL HONG KONG LIMITED will notify you of the updates of this event or registration for gift and any matter pertaining to the redemption of gift via SMS, email or Facebook message.

Other Important Terms

  1. Each participant shall ensure that all information provided is true. In case of any dispute, the decision of L’OREAL shall be final.
  2. In the case of any default or illegal conduct committed by any participant/winner, the participant/winner concerned shall be liable for any loss sustained by L’OREAL or any third party arising therefrom.
  3. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
  4. The Organiser, promotion partners or any related individuals or parties of this event do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage (indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury or death arising out of the participation of this event or receipt of any prize.
  5. In the case where the system security or the impartiality, integrity and proper processing of this event is undermined or affected due to reasons including but not limited to computer viruses, worms or Trojan horses, server being hacked or tempered, unauthorised interferences, frauds, technical breakdowns or any other factors beyond the Organiser’s control, L’OREAL has the right to forfeit the eligibility of the participant(s) concerned without prior notice.
  6. All data in relation to this event is based on records held by L’OREAL.
  7. L’OREAL has the absolute right to interpret these Terms & Conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of L’OREAL shall be final.
  8. By participating in this event, the participant agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
  9. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and you and the Organiser irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

  1. 此活動將於L’OREAL活動網站https://campaigns.pradabeauty.com.hk/launch/ 舉行。活動期由2024年4月10日至2024年5月1日(香港時間「活動期」)，活動期外提交的所有活動紀錄均視作無效。
  2. 所有參加者必須年滿18歲。
  3. 參加者只需要在指定網頁內提交所需要的個人資料，包括身份證英文全名，電話，電郵地址即可參加活動。
  4. 是次活動只設網上登記，不設其他渠道參加(即電話/電郵均不可參加)。
  5. 每位參加者只限參加此活動一次。一切有關此活動的登記資料、登記日期均以伺服器接收記錄為準。
  6. 所有試用裝及活動禮品以先到先得形式換領， 數量有限， 換完即止。 所有試用裝兌換後不得退換或換領現金。
  7. L’OREAL有權更改禮品的選擇而不作另行通知， 敬請原諒。
  8. L’OREAL保留權利隨時更改條款及細則而無須另行通知。如有任何爭議，L’OREAL保留最終決定權。

收集個人資料

  1. 參加本活動，即表示閣下同意並准許歐萊雅香港有限公司根據載於https://armanibeauty.eshops.hk/privacy-policy的《私隱政策》及https://armanibeauty.eshops.hk/privacy-policy的《個人資料收集聲明》收集及使用閣下在網站上向主辦單位提供的個人資料 (包括閣下的稱謂、全名、電話號碼及電郵地址。歐萊雅香港有限公司將就本活動或禮品的登記更新及任何禮品換領事宜向閣下做出通知，包括發出電話短訊、電郵或Facebook訊息。

其他重要條款

  1. 每位參加者必須確保填寫的登記資料均為正確。如有任何爭議。L’OREAL將擁有最終決定權。
  2. 如因參加者或得獎者因違規或非法行為導致L’OREAL或第三方損失，有關參加者或得獎者須負上一切法律責任。
  3. 所有獎品不得轉讓、退換、兌換現金或任何其他產品。
  4. 本活動之主辦單位、市場推廣合作夥伴或任何相關人士或一方，均毋須對參加者如因參與此活動或得到任何獎品所引致之任何損失或損毀（非直接或引發性之損失）或個人傷亡負傷任何責任。
  5. 若此活動因但不限於電腦病毒感染、蠕蟲或木馬程式、伺服器入侵、篡改、未經授權的干預、欺詐、技術故障或任何其他主辦單位控制以外的原因，而破壞或影響系統安全性、公平性、誠信及此活動的正常運作，L’OREAL有權取消有關參加者的資格，而無須發出事先通知。
  6. 一切有關此活動的數據均以L’OREAL記錄為準。
  7. L’OREAL對本條款及條件擁有絕對解釋權。如有任何爭議，L’OREAL將擁有最終決定權。
  8. 參加者只要參加本活動，即表示同意遵守以上所有條款及細則。
  9. 本條款及細則須受香港特別行政區法律管轄，閣下及主辦單位均不可撤銷地遵從香港特別行政區法院之專屬管轄權。
